Before starting the Diploma course you will have an extensive informal conversation with one our experienced staff to outline the course content, structure and fees and refunds policy. You can either attend an interview (recommended for local students) or have a telephone conversation if you live in a regional area.
The program for the Diploma course covers leadership and management, interpersonal and communication, real estate practice, trust accounting, and business planning and operations. It is an ideal way to get the skills and knowledge you need to start up your own business or manage an agency department. "I thought I already knew enough about real estate for a licensee and could finish learning on the job. I have been genuinely surprised by how much I have deeply learnt doing the diploma course through REIWA Training. Knowing the level of training and classroom support that is provided, I would prefer hiring staff that have completed training with REIWA Training. - Mark Murrary, Stocker Preston
REIWA Training offers discounts for employees of REIWA members. Both member and non-members fees are paid via one deposit payment followed by monthly direct debit instalments. You may opt to complete individual units or to undertake assessment only against some or all of the units of competency.
Schedule of fees and charges
may be that you already hold some of the units contained in the Diploma course,
and/or have evidence of competence for that unit. During your meeting with our course
co-ordinator you will discuss your prior learning and qualifications so that
you do not have to undertake training that is not required. You should read the information provided
about recognition of prior learning or qualifications prior to your enrolment

Credit transfer comes into effect when a Statement of Attainment or Qualification that you already hold has the same national codes as those that form part or all of the training and assessment program in which you are planning to enrol. By applying for credit transfer, you do not need to undertake training in those units again. For example, if you hold the unit CPPDSM4080A Work in the real estate industry, you would not have to undertake training or be assessed against this unit again.
REIWA guarantees that once you have commenced study with us, should we be unable to complete the supply of training under this contract, we will assist you to source a training place with another approved provider.
Whether you are training in a classroom or by distance learning, you will have up to two years to complete your studies and submit your assessment activities.
If after submitting your assessment you have not shown enough understanding or skill in particular areas, you will be provided with feedback to support your developing knowledge to a higher level and then asked to resubmit that part of the assessment.
